การเปิดเผยข้อมูล ESG (ESG Disclosure)
เค-เน็กซ์เปิดเผยข้อมูลการดำเนินงานด้าน ESG อย่างตรงไปตรงมา ครอบคลุมทุกสายธุรกิจ ในระยะเริ่มต้นการเปิดเผยอยู่ในรูปของนโยบายและแนวปฏิบัติตามที่ระบุในเอกสารนี้ โดยจะยังไม่นำเสนอตัวเลขผลการดำเนินงานที่ไม่มีข้อมูลรองรับ เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการกล่าวอ้างเกินจริง และมีแผนพัฒนาการเปิดเผยข้อมูลเชิงตัวเลขเพิ่มเติมในอนาคต เผยแพร่ผ่านเว็บไซต์ทางการของบริษัท
นอกจากนี้ บริษัทมีความประสงค์ที่จะพัฒนาความพร้อมภายใต้กรอบ SSAB for SCP หรือ Sustainability Supply Alliance for Responsible Buyers ที่ประกาศไว้ ณ เวที CSCAP องค์การสหประชาชาติ ซึ่งเป็นกลไกที่สนับสนุนการบริโภคและการผลิตที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Consumption and Production) เพื่อยกระดับความน่าเชื่อถือของข้อมูลที่เปิดเผย และเชื่อมโยงบริษัทเข้ากับเครือข่ายผู้ซื้อและห่วงโซ่อุปทานที่มีความรับผิดชอบในระดับภูมิภาค โดยยึดหลักการดังนี้
- ขอบเขต การเปิดเผยข้อมูลครอบคลุมทุกสายธุรกิจของบริษัท ทั้งเครื่องจักร เคมีภัณฑ์ ชุดเครื่องนอน และบริการซักอบรีด
- รูปแบบ ในระยะเริ่มต้น การเปิดเผยข้อมูลอยู่ในรูปของนโยบาย แนวปฏิบัติ และพันธสัญญาตามที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสารฉบับนี้ บริษัทจะไม่นำเสนอข้อมูลเชิงตัวเลขหรือผลการดำเนินงานที่ยังไม่ผ่านการตรวจสอบ เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการกล่าวอ้างเกินจริง
- การพัฒนาต่อเนื่อง บริษัทมีแผนพัฒนาระบบการจัดเก็บข้อมูลภายในเพื่อเปิดเผยผลการดำเนินงานเชิงตัวเลขเพิ่มเติมในอนาคต เช่น ปริมาณการใช้น้ำและพลังงาน หรือสัดส่วนผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม
- ช่องทาง ข้อมูลการเปิดเผยจะเผยแพร่ผ่านเว็บไซต์ทางการของบริษัท และจะปรับปรุงให้เป็นปัจจุบันทุกครั้งที่มีการทบทวนนโยบาย
บริษัทจะแปลงพันธสัญญาดังที่แสดงไว้ที่นี้ให้เป็นนโยบาย กำหนดผู้รับผิดชอบ แผนการดำเนินงาน เป้าหมาย ตัวชี้วัด และหลักฐานที่ตรวจสอบย้อนกลับได้ พร้อมทั้งจะทบทวนประเด็นสำคัญด้านความยั่งยืนของบริษัทเป็นระยะ การคัดเลือกพันธสัญญาในระยะเริ่มต้นนี้ไม่ได้หมายความว่าจะละเลยหรือลดความสำคัญของความรับผิดชอบด้านอื่น แต่เป็นการจัดลำดับความสำคัญโดยพิจารณาจากผลกระทบ ความเสี่ยง ความเกี่ยวข้อง และความพร้อมขององค์กร โดยให้ความสำคัญเป็นพิเศษกับการจัดการทรัพยากรและของเสีย ความรับผิดชอบต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานและสิทธิของแรงงาน ธรรมาภิบาลที่ดี การบริหารความเสี่ยง การตรวจสอบย้อนกลับ และความน่าเชื่อถือของการสื่อสารด้านความยั่งยืน

ESG Disclosure
K-nex discloses its ESG performance honestly, across every part of the business. At this stage, disclosure takes the form of the policies and practices set out in this document. We do not present unverified performance figures, to avoid overstated claims, and plan to expand quantitative disclosure in the future. Disclosures are published through the company’s official website, guided by the following principles.
- Scope. Disclosure covers every part of the business, including machinery, chemicals, linen, and laundry services.
- Form. At this stage, disclosure takes the form of the policies, practices, and pledges set out in this document. The company will not present numerical data or performance results that have not been verified, in order to avoid overstated claims.
- Continued development. The company plans to develop internal data systems to enable further quantitative disclosure in the future, such as water and energy consumption figures or the proportion of environmentally friendly products.
- Channel. Disclosed information will be published on the company’s official website and updated whenever this policy is reviewed.
Collectively, these fourteen commitments reflect the priority areas identified by the Company during the initial phase. Particular attention is given to resource and waste management, product responsibility, occupational safety and workers’ rights, good governance, risk management, traceability, and the credibility of sustainability-related communications.
The Company will translate these commitments into policies, assigned responsibilities, implementation plans, targets, indicators, and traceable evidence. It will also periodically review its material sustainability issues. The initial selection of commitments does not exclude or diminish the importance of other responsibilities; rather, it represents a prioritization based on the Company’s impacts, risks, relevance and organizational readiness.
